Fortunately Wales has a green image, and naturally produced food can be prepared here using local ingredients, making each dish into a wonderful experience.
Porth Farm is a sympathetically restored early 15th century hall house, and demonstrations are given to small groups in the specially designed demonstration kitchen, with an overhead mirror. Practical workshops are also conducted on a variety of topics, or on the menu of your choice.
