Farm Holiday Flat
Cefn Blewog is a farmhouse where those who cherish their independence will find the ideal holiday location. This self-contained two bedroomed apartment, with a well equipped kitchen and bath/shower room, is located at the top of a large and distinctive late Georgian farmhouse, standing in the midst of attractive farmland and overlooked by distant mountains.
From here you can walk a couple of miles along quiet bridleways to visit one of mid-Wales prettiest villages Berriew. Indeed there are many miles of open and way-marked paths in this area, so those who enjoy country walking are particularly well catered for.
Cefn Blewog's situation mid-way between Welshpool and Newtown means it is ideally situated for visiting the many sites and places of interest in this part of rural Montgomeryshire. The village of Berriew close-by is quite remarkable there are two friendly old pub/restaurants where you can enjoy a meal and a drink, perhaps after visiting the quite unique Andrew Logan Museum of Sculpture truly a place that is the antithesis of a 'stuffy museum'.

How to find Cefn Blewog
Approaching on the A483 from Welshpool, turn right as signposted to Berriew. Drive through the village, cross the bridge over the Rhiw and turn right. Follow this lane for about a mile, then fork left. After a further half-a-mile, fork left for Cefn Blewog.
You can also take a relaxing (and level) stroll along the canal, or just enjoy the fine timbered village buildings. The beautiful small town of Montgomery is just six miles away, and still remains one of Wales unspoilt gems. You will surely leave Cefn Blewog relaxed and refreshed.
